Shipping

All shipping will be overnight shipping, pricing depends upon distance. Shipping is weather dependent, we will hold all shipments until the weather clears. In order to have our Live Arrival Guarantee, shipping must go from one FedEx Hub to another. Meaning the package is set for hold for pick-up. The hold for pickup minimizes the stress from a bumpy, ground transport. Packages should be photographed before open if there is any damage. If your animal is DOA, email or call us immediately. Please be prepared to send pictures as proof.

Sales

All sales are final! Once a sale is completed there is no way to reverse it. If you are in a unique set of circumstances, email or call and the event will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are unsure if you would like to complete your purchase, you may ask to keep the animal on hold for one week, after then we will return the animal to their normal for sale status.
